where is the trouble shooting guide? for some reason i have now sdrsharp.dotnet8.exe and also sdrsharp.dotnet9.exe ? it worked at first with no audio now nothing works ? is there any help or should i just send back ? how do i uninstall all this ? rtl-sdr v4 . never had a v3. new.

dotnet8 or dotnet9 both work, they are just built in different versions of the NET platform.
No audio sounds like a simple software misconfiguration regarding the IF bandwidth settings, tuning, or audio gain. Please attach a screenshot showing your settings and spectrum when tuned to an active signal like broadcast FM so we can help.
