Hi all,

I’m the developer of DXLens and wanted to introduce one part of the project that may be of interest here: its Global SDR workflow.

DXLens starts with shortwave broadcast schedules, but it can carry the selected frequency and broadcast context into compatible independently operated public SDR receivers.

The receiver workflow checks frequency compatibility and available receiver information before opening a native iPhone/iPad listening session with:

• live spectrum and waterfall
• precise frequency tuning
• mode and bandwidth controls
• receiver switching and reconnect/disconnect
• signal and connection state
• saved SDR presets
• local recording

The app also keeps the underlying schedule and propagation context visible, so the SDR session stays connected to what the listener was originally trying to receive.

I’ve documented the workflow and actual screens here:

> **[Global SDR Receiver Discovery | DXLens](https://dxlens.app/global-sdr)**
>
> Learn how DXLens moves from a shortwave schedule to a compatible independently operated public SDR receiver.

Full project:

> **[DXLens · Find broadcasts worth hearing](https://dxlens.app/)**
>
> See the schedule. Understand the path. Hear the world.

I’m especially interested in technical feedback on how the receiver-selection and native listening workflow is presented.
